These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the applications and services operated by BALKAN AI (“BalkanAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They currently apply to our two applications:

• Reputation Manager — a tool that helps businesses read, analyse and respond to customer reviews across their online profiles.
• Social Manager — a tool that helps businesses manage and publish content to their connected social media accounts.

By accessing or using either application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

Our services are intended for business owners and their authorised team members. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use them. Access to each business’s data is granted and managed by that business’s administrator. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Use of the Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the services to publish unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on our infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the services or their underlying technology.

3. Connected Third-Party Accounts

Our applications work by connecting to third-party platforms (such as Google Business Profile or social media platforms) that you authorise. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those accounts and to process the data they contain. You may disconnect any linked account at any time.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our services use artificial intelligence to analyse content and generate suggested replies and posts. These suggestions are provided for your review and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is published under your business’s name.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the business content and data you provide or connect. You grant us a limited licence to access, process, and store that content only as needed to provide the services, including processing through trusted AI providers acting on our behalf.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the services available and reliable, but we provide them on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BALKAN AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of — or inability to use — the services. This includes any consequences of content published using AI-generated suggestions.

8. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the services in a way that may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
